I have extensive experience illustrating educational books from primary to middle school ages, from countries around the world.
One example is learning cards for Scholastic: short texts for children to read, along with teaching materials for instruction. These cards empower children to apply their decoding skills, while further developing phonemic awareness, phonics, word study skills, vocabulary, and fluency, to build reading comprehension.
The Nick and Sam series are adventure books for first readers, created by a Christian learning institute in the USA.
I have worked extensively on books at primary level for schools in Hong Kong.
Although not educational texts, the 'Santa is coming to...' series has been used as part of primary school curricula.
